firstassist Mortgage and Payment Protection

This policy covers your mortgage or rental payment plus regular monthly commitments in the event of redundancy or accident or sickness. For example if you choose unemployment cover it will pay a benefit per month that covers your mortgage and regular monthly commitments if you become unemployed. In the event of a claim you would need to provide evidence of these payments.

• Covers your mortgage payments plus 25% extra to cover other commitments.
• 120 day unemployment exclusion period for existing mortgages or 60 day unemployment exclusion period if taken out with a new mortgage
• Maximum monthly benefit £2000 per month
• Options of unemployment only, disability only or unemployment and disability

A monthly paid Income Protection policy providing:

• Options of, disability only, or unemployment and disability.
• Cover for 60% of Income up to £1000 maximum
• Do not have to have a mortgage or rental agreement to qualify for this cover
