3XD Mortgage, Rental & Loan

This policy is offered by 3XD and is underwritten by Brit Insurance Ltd. The policy will cover your mortgage, loan and rental payments plus 25% extra to cover other bills.

Features and Benefits

• Very competitive premiums for those over 30 years old
• Covers up to 65% Gross monthly income up to a maximum of £2,000  (however this is currently restricted to £500 per month for unemployment only)
• The Initial exclusion period ranges from 90-120 days and applies to unemployment and disability
• 30 /60 day excess or 30/60 day back to day one cover available
• Offers 12 or 24 months cover (however this is currently restricted to 12 months cover for unemployment only or Combined  Accident, Sickness and Unemployment cover)
• Unemployment only, Accident & Sickness or Combined  Accident, Sickness and Unemployment cover
• Initial exclusion period is waived for new mortgages, remortgages, loans or rental agreements in force for less than a month at the policy start date
• Must have a mortgage, loan or rental agreement to be eligible to apply for the policy
• No minimum continuous employment to apply but must be in 6 months continuous employment to claim.

• Exclusion free transfer available subject to certain conditions
